Chris Zittel has joined BARBERMurphy Group in its Swansea Office as a Sales Associate for Sales and Leasing.
Chris has extensive knowledge in land deals, existing buildings and property management principles. He has worked in many communities on issues such as Zoning, Tax Increment Financing Districts, Permits, and Land Acquisitions.
Chris has been active in the real estate market for a number of years with a background as an investor and as a commercial agent in Southern Illinois.
Chris, a native of Fairview Heights, will be focusing on commercial properties and land in Southern Illinois. His clients include private investors, restaurants, petroleum marketers and developers. |
