With a diverse work background in both local government and public finance, Cathy has a variety of experience to provide to BARBERMurphy Group commercial and industrial clients. Cathy has extensive experience in all aspects of the municipal process and economic development including Tax Increment Financing Districts, Business Development Districts, and Enterprise Zones. In addition, she has assisted industrial and development clients finance projects through the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds and other public bond issuances. She also has experience in the clean-up process and redevelopment of large scale brownfield projects.
As an Edwardsville resident, Cathy focuses primarily in the Madison County market and assists BARBERMurphy Group clients as needed to maximize available incentives that may be available for their projects.
