Joe Specializes in land, investment properties and commercial development in St. Clair and Monroe Counties. As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities he services, Joe works diligently to assist his clients in meeting their real estate goals. A long time resident of Columbia, Illinois, Joe retired as an Area Manager from Southwestern Bell after 26 years. His telephone career gives him a broad background on business practices and communication skills. During his first three years in the real estate profession, he was recognized for outstanding sales each year by being awarded the President’s Club Award from the Belleville Area Association of Realtors.  Now in his 10^th year in real estate, Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois as the  2010 / 2011 President.
